Tandoori Dishes

Tandoor is eastern cuisine employing an oriental method of barbecue. All the traditional dishes are marinated for at least 24 hours in an exotic sauce, blended with fresh ground Punjabi masala and cooked evenly on a skewer in a clay oven called a Tandoor.
